Rather difficult to use
I wasn’t expecting the products to be wet. Probably my misunderstanding. It was quite difficult to distribute it evenly along my parting. It says that it lasts three washes, but mine didn’t and I have to reapply it every time I wash my hair. I’m afraid I shan’t buy it again.

The colour is easy to apply and gives a very natural result. I have some grey and use dark blonde which is just right for my colouring.

Non satisafactory delivery service
I had initially ordered 3 boxes of hair colour but was only sent out 1 box for which I sent a email to the customer service.Customer service was prompt to reply and sending out the remaining 2 boxes.
The initial service was not satisfactory hence the 3 stars

No brassy yellow tones!
Great colour, though darker than expected it has been easy to switch to lighter shade for next time. Easy to use.
Most importantly, the first blonde shade home dye that didn’t give me a brassy/yellow result!

Rescued by 7.5 ???
Everytime ive messed up my hair with bleach going from black, yes it goes ginger!! I used dark blonde 7.5 and its fixed it and feels brand new again, worth every penny will always use Josh wood, i love how it colours and nourishes at the same time its awsome!!!
